people are aware of Trinity Christian
and all we have to offer families
in our area. Our enrollment has
increased significantly the past few
years and I hope I have had a part in
that. Personally, as a breast cancer
survivor, my desire is to share my
story to encourage and support other
women who have been diagnosed
with breast cancer. PCT: What’s the best piece of advice
you would give?
SH: Do your best and leave the
results to God, and something I
just said to my son today, “Do
not be anxious about anything…”
Philippians 4:6 (Both are pieces of
advice I need to repeat to myself
daily!)
PCT: What is your definition of the
best day ever?
SH: Jeeping in the summer in the
mountains of Colorado with my
family. PCT: What is the coolest thing you
have ever done in your life?
SH: This past March I got a last-
minute opportunity to go to South
Africa with a group of students
from TCA. We worked at a rural
preschool most days but one day
we visited with AIDS patients at a
hospice/nursing home. I shared my
testimony with the patients. We all
need Jesus and I was able to share
how our family has been affected
by HIV. Never in my wildest dreams
did I think I would be able to minis-
ter to someone on the other side of
the world in that way. We got to
swim in the Indian Ocean and went
zip-lining on the longest zip-line in
Africa. I am grateful for the experi-
ence to see a part of this beautiful
world I never expected to see.
We’ve had a great year and hope that you did also.
Business is thriving in Parker County because of you.
Let’s keep the momentum going during 2018 ...
it’s fantastic for everyone!
