PCT : Would you recommend your career for other people ? Why ? PN : I would recommend cooking for anyone who thrives under pressure , works well on a team , is highly organized and finds a creative outlet in food .
PCT : What do you do to relax ? PN : When I can find an hour or so away from home I head to the barn and ride .
PCT : If you could visit any place in the world , where would you go ? PN : I would take my husband and our daughter to Lanai . I think it will be so cool to vacation as a family in the same spot we were married .
