Jesye Bridges
Jesye Bridges is the fitness manager at Anytime Fitness on Main Street in Weatherford . She is also a personal trainer at the gym . She loves helping people and believes that fitness is an important part of everyone ’ s life . Her fiancé is Aaron Brabson , one of Parker County Today ’ s 2015 bachelors . coolest thing I ’ ve done . I run 10 to 12 races a year . Last year , Aaron and I were really busy with races . I go with Aaron , who got me into obstacle course racing . I like the competition and push myself to see what I can do . I surprise myself with how much I can do .
PCT : What ’ s your secret talent ? JB : I can shake my eyeballs . It ’ s different , most people can ’ t do it . As a little kid I was trying to freak my older sister out . When I concentrated hard enough I figured out I could do it . The first time my son was fascinated with it , but not so much anymore .

PCT : How long have you been in Parker County ? JB : I was born in Weatherford right at the Weatherford Hospital . My parents still live here . My father is a rock hauler and my mother is an insurance agent .
PCT : What ’ s the coolest thing that you have ever done in your life ? JB : I ’ m an obstacle course runner , so obstacle course racing is probably the
PCT : What is your definition of the best day ever ? JB : Probably be waking up , doing a race and coming home with Aaron and Kayden watching a movie together . That would be a perfect day .
PCT : What piece of advice has defined your life up till now ? JB : Never give up . If you have a goal continue on to the goal and you can achieve it . Don ’ t limit yourself . I went through the entire gaining weight , being depressed cycle , but through it I found fitness . I ’ ve been there , and I know when you work hard you can get to where you want to be .
PCT : If you could have another career , what would it be and why ? JB : I started on the career track to be a veterinarian until I got into the fitness industry . I ’ m now in school to become a physical therapy assistant . It ’ s up my alley . I ’ m already in the fitness industry so it goes hand-inhand with what I do . I want to be a pediatric therapist , to work with people with traumatic brain injuries . My son Kayden had a brain tumor when he was a baby . I watched his therapy and so many things helped him . I would love to be a part of someone ’ s recovery .

PCT : What ’ s the coolest thing that you have ever done in your life ? DF : The coolest thing for me is training in Brazil on a special operations course . That was pretty amazing .
PCT : What ’ s your secret talent ? DF : I have a good connection with animals that I cannot explain .
PCT : What is your definition of the best day ever ? DF : For me it would be riding on my motorcycle , and hanging with friends and my dog .
PCT : What piece of advice has defined your life up till now ? DF : Selection is a never ending process .
PCT : If you could have another career , what would it be and why ? DF : I would want to be a doctor . The knowledge and skills have impressed me due to my experience from my neck surgery on how they took my pain away .
