The Perfect Technician Academy

Technical school builds industry leaders and draws students from around the globe

The Perfect Technician Academy began as an idea of Hobson brothers Brett , Greg and Brian to provide training to those looking to enter the air-conditioning and heating field . Interviewing over 100 people was the norm for each new hire , and the group was traveling across the country from Canada to Mexico , and from the East Coast to the West to find the very best people for their company and their customers .

But what they found was that the trained , ready-to-goto-work employees they needed just didn ’ t exist . There were many schools and programs in the marketplace ,
60 some lasting as long as two years , but none of them were providing the kind of training that the Hobsons wanted their employees to have . So , the Hobson brothers began their own school specifically focused on the residential heating and AC market , first as a partnership with Weatherford College , and now a stand-alone concern at their facility just off Greenwood Road in Weatherford . Talking with the students who graduated from their training at the end of last year , the education they received is not just the ins and outs of HVAC systems , but a confidence in their job skills and themselves that will
