PCT : What piece of advice has defined your life up till now ? MH : Work hard , do right .
PCT : If you could have another career , what would it be and why ? MH : I would like to be a boat captain , a ship captain . I like traveling and getting around the world by boat would be fascinating . I ’ ve traveled all around the world . My dad was a pilot with Pan American , but I ’ ve never traveled a lot by ship and I think it would be interesting .

He is an entrepreneur who loves making wine . He ’ s interested in making something from nothing . He and his wife Cindy are moving their tasting room Sweet Springs Winery from North Main Street to their vineyard at 1400 Sweet Springs Road , off Old Agnes , and Hwy . 51 just north of Weatherford .
PCT : How long have you been in Parker County ? RM : I have been in Parker County for 18 years and originally from Spring , Texas . When we wanted to get out of the big city and we came through Weatherford and we just fell in love with it .
PCT : What ’ s the coolest thing that you have ever done in your life ? RM : I ’ ve had a professional music career and a building career , but I really like making wine . I like the people . The wine is an experience but it ’ s what it does for the people . The people are easy to talk to , to make friends with and they really appreciate what you are doing .
PCT : What ’ s your secret talent ? RM : We are transparent . I think everything is out in the open . I love to entertain people . I play a couple times of week at the tasting room .
PCT : What is your definition of the best day ever ? RM : I have so many of them . I ’ ve probably had the best day ever already . Christmas morning with all my family . With all the family here you celebrate Christmas , feel healthy , safe and secure .
PCT : What piece of advice has defined your life up till now ? RM : What you think about when you ’ re young and what you put your eyes on when you ’ re young , will dictate who you are when you ’ re older .
PCT : If you could have another career , what would it be and why ? RM : I want to be a writer ; I would like to write a book . It would be a book of letters to my grandchildren .

PCT : What ’ s your official title ? AM : My answer is A Work in Progress as a Dreamer . Or for work , it ’ s A Consultant for Innovative Medical Devices .
PCT : What do you do ? AM : I am an owner of the first Exclusive Spa and Club in Weatherford , Texas , and I consult with Medical Device companies all over the world for innovative products that are in the process of being brought to the market or existing new innovative programs .
PCT : What is your favorite movie ? AM : The Princess Bride .
PCT : What ’ s the most daring thing you ’ ve ever done ? AM : Walk through life and live in the moment and appreciate what I have . It ’ s daring because one can get caught up in making a living and not a LIFE .
PCT : What accomplishment are you most proud of ? AM : Beating two incurable diseases when everyone else except my family said SORRY we can ’ t help you , and being open to look at other options .
PCT : When you were a child , what did you want to be when you grew up ? AM : I didn ’ t really know but as long as I could have a horse .
PCT : How did you get into your field ? AM : By the grace of God . Walking one day with my sister and met our neighbor Jeff Parker when we lived at Silverado on the Brazos . We just started talking and he was looking for someone to bring on to his company . He gave me an opportunity that I am so very grateful for .
