you have ever done in your life ? LE : I guess I would say the opportunities that I ’ ve had to travel and live in so many different states . I love Wyoming , it will always be home . But of all the places I ’ ve lived , I love Texas , it ’ s my favorite .
PCT : What ’ s your secret talent ? LE : Because I used to move a lot , I used to be able to pick up and move in a day in my truck . I can ’ t do that anymore . In college , I used to be able to do voice impersonations . I could do Sharon Osborne and Cartman from South Park .
PCT : What is your definition of the best day ever ? LE : It would probably involve a lot of horses and cows and not a lot of people . A lot of sunshine . I grew up on a ranch so I like doing anything with horses and cows . I enjoy roping . Just being outside and being with animals . Probably working in my garden a little bit . I grow vegetables , flowers and fruits , tomatoes are my primary reason for all of that .
PCT : What piece of advice has defined your life up till now ? LE : The first day of my first real job , the COO told me to make sure and contribute the max to my 401k from the get-go , because I wouldn ’ t miss money I wasn ’ t used to and it would put me farther ahead in the long run for retirement . Besides retirement , I feel this is good to apply to general savings , saving for big-ticket things , promotions / raises etc : make savings automatic and easy and increase it as your earnings go up , because you won ’ t miss money you ’ re not used to having . Not exciting or very interesting , but some of the best advice I ’ ve ever received .
One of my favorites is to always be yourself ; everyone else is already taken .
PCT : If you could have another career , what would it be and why ? LE : I would probably be a rancher or
a horse trainer because I love horses and cattle and all of that . It ’ s not a very easy job , not many people get rich doing it , but it ’ s really fulfilling . It wouldn ’ t seem like a job .
