Q: What is your favorite movie?
A: The Searc hers with John
Wayne.
Q: What kind of music are you
into?
A: Rock ‘n Roll — forever!
Q: What’s the most daring thing
you’ve ever done?
A: Swim across the Ohio River at
age 5 after my father threw me in
it. I ended up two miles downstream on the other side safely;
rode dirt bikes for many years for
pleasure.
Q: What accomplishment are you
most proud of?
A: Thirty-eight years of marriage
to my wife Suzy and the fact that
four of my five children have
college degrees. My wife and I
met while we were working for
the Postal Inspection Service.
Q: Would you recommend your
career for other people?
A: The U.S. Postal Service offers
many opportunities to pursue
different aspects of mail matters,
mail handling, transportation
of mail and then branch into
management or appointment as a
Postal Inspector.
Q: If you could visit any place in
the world, where would you go?
A: Canada, as I did once before
when I covered 10 states and two
Canadian Provinces; then visit
New Zealand and Australia.
Q: Who is the one person you’d
like to meet?
A: Too many but would include
many sports people – Johnny
Unitas, Dick Butkus, Sammy
Baugh, Troy Aikman, Terry
Bradshaw, Jim Brown, and so
many more I can’t pick just one.
Q: What is the one thing that
makes you happy?
A: My many years with my wife.
I am very blessed to have her by
my side.
Q: If you could go back in history, who is the one person you
would like to meet?
A: Thomas Edison
Q: Who in your life has influenced you the most?
A: My parents, by providing me
with the proper guidance to go
through many stages of life.
Q: What would you most like to
be remembered for?
A: Fair, honest, trustworthy, caring
person as well as a good family
man.

A: My family has been my biggest
influence on my life decisions. My
dad would always ask me, “How
would you want to be treated if you
were placed in those situations?”
Always made me think about others
before myself.

Q: How did you get into this field?
A: My little league baseball coach
was a highway patrolman and I
thought it would be a cool job to be
able to be a cowboy and chase bad
guys around the State of Texas.
Q: What do you do to relax?
A: I usually spend my free time with
my family and friends.

A: I am not married.
A: Yes, I would if you have a desire
to help people when they need it the
most.
