Ken has been practicing law in Fort Worth for more than thirty years with a heavy emphasis on complex personal injury and medical malpractice litigation . Ken began his legal career as the first briefing attorney ever hired by the Texas Court of Appeals in Eastland , Texas and then moved to Fort Worth where he began practicing as an assistant criminal district attorney .
