Q: What do you do?
A: I am an elected official with the
responsibility of keeping accurate and
true records, documents, and papers
for Parker County including, but not
limited to, all land records, assumed
names, DD 214’s, issue marriage
licenses and other documents related
to relationships, and maintain and
issue all birth and death records
in the county. I am an ex-officio
member of commissioner’s court,
keep all minutes of the meetings,
and am responsible to prepare and
