our biz: PROFFESIONAL WISDOM Talk with the Business Titans Deborah Romack — Cosmetic and Family Dentistry Deborah Romack — Co-Owner and Dentist of Weatherford Cosmetic and Family Dentistry  Parker County Today: What do you do in your day to day?  Deborah Romack: My mornings at the office start at 8 a.m. and end at 5 p.m., most times. I do all forms of general dentistry includ- ing root canals, fillings, crowns, implants, dentures, etc. My main focus is collaborating with physicians to treat patients with obstructive sleep apnea by offer- ing them oral appliance therapy. I also offer “Airway Friendly” orthodontics for children (ages 6+) and adults. This includes tradi- tional braces as well as Invisalign. Younger children may need early intervention to encourage proper growth of the jaws. I consider our practice to be an Airway Centric Practice. 86 PCT: How did you get into this business?  DR: I was the first in my family to attend college and worked for a dentist while in school. At first, I got sidetracked from my original goal of becoming a dentist and instead went into education. I taught high school for 13 years in Columbus, Ga., and Perryton, BY MISTY BROWNING
