599-9993. Our Fort Worth office is located at 301
Commerce St., Suite 2900, just a short drive from
Parker County and only several blocks from all of
the Tarrant County courthouses. The Fort Worth
office number is (817) 338-1717.
At Puls Haney we handle cases all over the State of
Texas. Our attorneys recently obtained one of the
largest jury verdicts ever in Donnelly County, TX.
The case was tried to verdict in Clarendon, in the
Texas Panhandle. This case arose from the tragic
sexual abuse of a child and involved a prominent
local ranching family. We tried the case for a week,
and the jury found for our client. This verdict
occurred on the heels of a $33,800,000 verdict in
Tarrant County, TX arising from a products liability
case that resulted in the loss of a young man’s leg.
As Parker County grows, communities and the citizens of the county will face a wide variety of challenges. Increased traffic and construction can result
in accidents and injuries. The stress of growth,
and the problems and injuries that can occur in
the process, can fracture families and communities. Legal issues such as zoning, nuisance claims,
injuries to people or property, construction safety,
flooding and other land use issues, and accidents
arising from overcrowded roadways can be challenging. These problems can occur in spite of the
best intentions. While we hope you never need an
attorney, if you do, please give us a call and let us
help you.
DECEMBER 2016
appy Holidays to everyone in Parker County!
We hope that each of you are enjoying the
chance to spend time with your family and friends
and that you are looking forward to a safe and prosperous new year. Sometimes, however, bad things
can happen to good people. If something bad has
happened to you or a loved one, we hope that you
will think of us and give us the opportunity to be of
service to you.
Just as Parker County is experiencing dynamic
growth, our firm is rapidly changing as well. We
proudly announce that the Lively Firm in Fort
Worth has joined us. You may recall that John
Lively and his son John Lively Jr., recently obtained
one of the largest jury verdicts in the history of
Parker County. We are proud of the great work
they have done, and we are looking forward to
working with them for years to come. In addition
to their excellent trial expertise, they also bring to
our team other attorneys with a wide variety of skill
sets, such as former Court of Appeals Justice David
Farris. We now have attorneys with expertise in
business transactions, labor and employment, family law, real estate, estate planning, appellate law,
and other specialties that will help us better serve
the needs of our clients. We are looking forward
to serving the citizens and communities of Parker
County.
In addition to the Lively Firm, Weatherford attorney Roger Phillips has joined our firm. Roger is
a very capable general practice attorney, including
family law and criminal law. We are located at
211 S. Rusk St., in downtown Weatherford just a
few blocks from both the district and county courthouses. Our Weatherford office number is (817)
