Take diced carrots, onions, celery and
garlic and add to stockpot with bacon
fat at medium heat. Cook until onions
are translucent, add can of tomatoes
and bring to a simmer. Using a stick
blender, blend all ingredients until
it’s smooth, then keep blending while
adding cream. Bring to a simmer again.
Serve with croutons, if desired.
