The bagel was well- toasted and not at all burned, even on the edges, served with an ample amount of cream cheese. As I enjoyed my breakfast, I saw groups of moms meeting for coffee talk, business people having meet- ings, students studying and using the free, lightning-fast Wi-Fi; all had a smile in common.  The following day I returned with a companion for lunch. Again I ordered a hot latte. For lunch, I requested a ham and cheese sand- wich, which opened the door to a myriad of choices: type of ham, type of cheese, type of bread, type of 105
