Having a tiny house is a great idea.” When we asked if Ms. Ladouceur might be interested in being a tiny house realtor she was ecstatic. “I would love to be involved if a tiny house community popped up,” she said. “Those kind of people that take the opportunity and that kind of leap are amazing. I like to work with people who are so open minded and optimistic.”  Stephen Reich of Clark Real State told us that it’s something he’d like to know more about. “It’s something I must become more educated on. Tiny houses are a growing concept amongst millennials,” Reich said. “I get multiple phone calls from clients searching for land on which to build a tiny house. Currently, Parker County doesn’t have many options that accommodate their needs but like anything else, I foresee Parker County finding a solution to this growing trend.” Though the Underwoods have yet to start construction on their next house, they do plan on expanding to a 30-foot house this time and seeing what they can do with a little more space. But for now they’re in no hurry. “We’re simple people,” Sam said. “We plan to build six to 10 houses a year at the most.”
