Wayne Goodman –
TSCRA Special Ranger
Texas Southwestern & Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA) Special Ranger Wayne Goodman
began his journey as an officer in 1987 on the
streets of North Richland Hills where he worked
12 years. He then moved into CID (Criminal
Investigation Division) and worked crimes committed against children for 11 years. He retired
in 2010 and was appointed to his current position as a ranger.
Goodman said he loves his latest job and
the people he encounters. “Being in law enforcement, in the livestock industry, you meet
some great people,” he said. The ranger works
all over but is especially thankful to people in
Parker County. “The group in Parker County are
great to work with — they have been since I’ve
been here,” Goodman said.
