Weatherford
officer raises
huge money
for Senior
Center
Weatherford Police officer John Baker became
our Bachelor of the Year after a hard-fought and
narrow victory, raising $26,687.80 for the Parker
County Committee on Aging. All together, the
bachelors raised close to $100,000 for the five
charities, which also included the Weatherford/
Parker County Animal Shelter, Careity Foundation,
Parker County Child Advocacy Center, and Stars
and Strides Therapeutic Riding Stables.
