erhaps the secret to Debbie
Rousey’s successful career
is in her ability to listen to
clients when they talk about
what they want, that coupled
with the fact that she’s never
too timid to go out and leaves
no stone uncovered until she
finds it.
“I listen and I find the prop-
erty for them,” she said. “I love
finding what people want, even
if they don’t know exactly what
they want. I’ve knocked on
doors to find property for my
clients.”
Why did the UCLA alumnus
wind up selling real estate in
Parker County, Texas?

Capital of the World and it’s a
big draw for most people,” she
said. “People want to get out
from the hustle and bustle of
Fort Worth and Dallas. They
are coming here from all over.”
Rousey just sold property
to a doctor from Florida who’s
moving to a horse property.
A true equine enthusiast,
Rousey thoroughly enjoys
working with other horse-
loving people. They’re interest-
ing and fun. She also enjoys the
common bond they share.
“I was driving someone
around Silverado and the
clients pointed to a house and
said they would like to look
at it,” Rousey recalls. “I knew
who owned it and contacted
the owners who were out of
state. They were glad I called
and told me that they had
thought about selling three
or four months ago, but they
didn’t want to sell their place
until they found something they
wanted. I helped them find a
new place and I facilitated that
