PCT : What is your favorite novel ? JB : Of all the books I ’ ve read recently , it would be The Pilgrim ’ s Progress retold by Cheryl Ford .
PCT : What do you do to decompress ? JB : I write and read ; I spend time with friends and family and enjoy quiet time with my dogs .
PCT : What is something people don ’ t know about you ? JB : I don ’ t have a TV in my house and I wear something pink everyday .
PCT : What would you most like to be remembered for ? JB : I ’ d like it to be remembered that ‘ I loved to the very end .’
PCT : If you could have lunch with anyone , living or dead from history who would it be ? JB : My parents , they passed away 18-20 years ago . There is so much I ’ d like to ask them and share with them .
PCT : If you had to do another job other than what you are doing , what would you do ? AG : I might go back to teaching or look for a job in a hospital or nursing home ministering to sick / aging people .
PCT : What is your impact to Parker County ? AG : I ’ ve spent hours and hours over the last 20 or so years working with the teens that passed through Friendship Baptist Church . Listening to them , talking with them , sharing life with them and providing a safe
place for them to hang out . In the last couple of years , I ’ ve switched much of my focus to senior citizens …. doing pretty much the same things . However , the impact goes both ways ; they have impacted my life as well as , me having an impact on theirs . Work wise , I ’ ve served on several different committees for Greater Metro West Association of Realtors . I served a couple of years on the District Advisory Board for Weatherford Independent School District and Springtown Independent School District .
PCT : What is your definition of the best day ever ? AG : It would be spent with my sons , and family / friends ; talking , playing games , taking a walk--simply being together .
PCT : What is the best piece of advice you would give ? AG : Seek a relationship with Jesus Christ . Read the Bible--the answers are there !
PCT : What is the most interesting thing you ’ ve ever done in your life ? AG : Probably traveling to India alone to see my son toward the end of his two years there .

PCT : How did you get into your occupation ? RD : I got into the fitness related industry in 1986 . I have built numerous facilities over the years . I now have gravitated to capitalize on the technology , educational and taking products to market side of the industry . Fitness and wellness is not just a pathway for making a living . I live it , I coach it , I breathe it passionately so I can share with others .
