PCT: What is the most interesting
thing you have ever done in your
life?
BP: I won lots of bull riding events
but the best one was winning the
local Weatherford Frontier Days
Rodeo hosted by the Parker County
Sheriff’s Posse. In 1977, I won first
place and Weatherford made me feel
like a celebrity!
Tara Stark
Tara is the CEO of Tara Stark
Real Estate Group
than what you’re doing, what would
you do?
TS: I would want to be a painter.
PCT: What is your impact to Parker
County?
TS: I believe that through real estate,
I have the ability to help people with
some of the biggest transitions they
go through in life. As life changes,
the way we work with people
through the sale of their personal
property makes a huge impact on
each and every family.
PCT: What is your definition of the
best day ever?
TS: A quiet ride across a beautiful
piece of land on a good horse and
feeling the sun on my face.
PCT: How did you get into your
occupation?
TS: Through a life transition and
change, God impressed upon me to
get into real estate!
PCT: What’s the best piece of advice
you would give?
TS: That you are the only you there is
... and that is your strength.
PCT: What is the most interesting
thing you have ever done in your
life?
TS: My first job was at the King
Ranch taking care of Mr. San Peppy.

the sun set!
PCT: What is your favorite novel?
BR: I don’t think I have a favorite
novel. My favorite books are great
PCT: What would you most like to be
remembered for?
BR: My sense of humor. Making
people laugh is what I enjoy doing
the most.
PCT: If you could have lunch with
anyone, either living or dead from
history, who would it be?
BR: Living: Donald Trump. I would
like to ask him what his secret is for
remaining confident in the face of so
much hate, fake news, and lack of
respect in this country. Dead: Bob
Hope. I was scheduled to meet him
in person the year he passed away
while working on a fundraising event.
PCT: If you had to do another job
other than what you’re doing, what
would you do?
BR: Marine Biologist working in
Hawaii with dolphins and whales.
PCT: What is your impact to Parker
County?
BR: I think Parker County has had
more of an impact on me than
the other way around. If I’ve had
any impact at all, it is because the
community has allowed me numer-
ous opportunities to grow and to
share my success through teaching,
sharing, performing and volunteering.
PCT: What is your definition of the
best day ever?
BR: I would say sleeping in, a morn-
ing swim in the ocean, some after-
noon fishing, and ending my day
with family time (especially hugs and
kisses from my grandson, Korbyn).
PCT: What’s the best piece of advice
you would give?
BR: Let Go and Let God.
PCT: What is the most interesting
thing you have ever done in your
life?
BR: Really a very simple thing, but
very surreal. Several years ago I went
horseback riding in Maui, and we
ended up high on the mountainside
in the pineapple fields overlooking
the ocean.
PCT: If you had to do another job
PCT: How did you get into your
occupation?
