Customer Service Representatives take calls and can
frequently help customers over the phone to save trip

Tom. They have a daughter named Reva who has given
them three beautiful grandchildren. Reva’s oldest daughter, Bailey Smith, graduated from Weatherford High
School and is currently serving in the United States Navy.
She worked summers at Pulliam for three years. Sophia
and Genny are ages 5 and 3. Their son Nathan lives in
Ohio with his wife Julie and grandson Carsten. Mike
lives in Burleson with his wife, Susan. They have one
son named Jared who is pursuing an engineering degree
at Texas A&M. Jared has worked at Pulliam during
spring breaks and summer months. Susan has photographed pools and helped at the office at times when
