admission and appeals so here is how you apply for a place at Park Hill Primary.

Parent/carers should contact Park Hill Primary
school to obtain a Nursery Application pack.
Q. Has your child just turned 3
Years old ?
Completed packs to be returned to school along
with your child’s birth certificate. Parents will be
contacted by letter once a place is available.
Q. Is your child aged between 2
years and 3 years old?
It is important that
1. the school they are leaving is informed
so the child can be taken off their roll.
2. We are told which school they attended
previously so our staff can discuss
educational continuity with staff from the
previous school.

currently attends another school
nursery?

Q. Is your child 4 years old and
will start full time school the
following September?
Application packs are given out to children on-roll
in the September prior to the year of beginning
full time school.
- Check place availability in the year group
required at Park Hill Primary.
- Ask for a ‘transfer form’ from their current
school.
