About Park Hill Primary
VISITORS
WELCOME!
Visitors are always welcome. It is advisable to
make an appointment prior to visiting school.
Access to the main entrance is on Coronation
Road. Please use the pedestrian path and
enter the reception area where you will be
asked to provide ID before signing in and
entering school. Vehicle access is through the
main drive on Coronation Road but we have
very limited parking spaces.
Please note that for the safety of our children
the door into school beyond the reception area
remains secure at all times.
Visitors must wear the badge supplied on
signing-in at all times, abide by school rules
for signing-in and hand the badge back after
signing out and before leaving the premises.
Children Entering School
Early Years : Nursery
Parents/carers must bring children to the Nursery gate on Park Hill Road and wait for staff to
welcome children in at the beginning of school. The gate will be locked until the end of Nursery
sessions when the gate is re-opened and parents will be asked into the classroom and their
child(ren) handed to them. Session times are as follows :
Morning Nursery
Afternoon Nursery
8.45am to 11.45am.
12.30pm to 3.30pm
Reception Class and Key Stage 1
Parents must bring children onto the playground through the junior gate on Park Hill Road. School
begins at 8.55am and ends 3.30pm. Doors are open at 8.45am for children to enter school and join
their class prior to the bell at 8.55am.
Key Stage 2
Entrance is through the Junior gate on Coronation Road. School begins at 8.55am and ends at
3.30pm. Doors are open at 8.45am for children to enter school and join their class prior to the bell at
8.55am.
