Takeaway: More buyers are discovering the unique amenities and convenient access to Park City from the
Jordanelle area. It’s easy to see why the Jordanelle area saw a significant increase in quantity of single family
homes sold over the last 12 months. Additionally, with new ownership and management in Tuhaye as well as
continued success in Hideout and Soaring Hawk, these areas saw significant increases in average and median sales
price. Further, there are numerous opportunities for single family homesites in Tuhaye, Hideout, and Soaring Hawk.
