The Kano Computer Kit:
“Build It, Code It, Bring It Home”
Workshop!
The Kano Computer is a computer and coding kit, designed for all
ages. In our 3 hour Saturday workshop, 3rd to 6th grade students will
open their Kano kit, build their own computer and will start programming in a matter of minutes with simple blocks that create real code
for games like Minecraft TNT Towers and Powered-up Pong. The Kano
computer uses powerful Raspberry Pi hardware and the Kano open
source operating system. After the workshop, each student will keep
their Kano computer for more fun and learning at home!
