Earn your degree at South Piedmont
Community College. Semester classes
start in mid-August and early January.
Summer classes start in late May.
The Associate in Arts (AA) and the Associate in Science (AS)
programs parallel the freshman and sophomore years of a fouryear college or university degree. The student-faculty ratio for
curriculum programs is 16:1.

education beyond a high school diploma,
but don’t want a four-year degree, earning
an associate degree will make you more
employable. The AAS program at South
Piedmont includes courses as well as co-op
and internship opportunities. With an AAS,
you’re prepared for entry-level jobs.
