What is diabetes?
It occurs when blood accumulates too much sugar. This sugar was supposed to enter your cells and nourish them. Instead, it circulates in the
blood, acting like a corrosive agent on the nerves. It is like rust building
up in your body. It is harmful to feet, eyes, kidneys, the heart, and more.
What has gone wrong?
The body normally produces a substance called insulin, which sends
sugar from your blood to your cells. But after years of a poor diet and a
poor lifestyle, the resulting overload of sugar in your blood wreaks havoc
on the insulin. The pancreas can’t keep up and the insulin no longer
works. The American diet contains far too much sugar, both visible and
hidden.
What can you do?
Most doctors will medicate you. This is a temporary fix, often a one-way
ticket to more and more drugs. Eighty percent of people who have feet
amputated due to diabetic nerve damage are caught by surprise.

our program, her A1C dropped from 6.8 to 6.2 and she lost 13 pounds
and 2 inches of belly fat—without any deprivation. All she needed was

Here is a holiday friendly recipe:
Crispy Chicken
• 1 whole free-range chickenno hormones or antibiotics
(4 to 7 pounds)
• Sea salt
• Black pepper
• Olive oil or coconut oil
• 3 organic lemons
• 2 organic onions
• ½ cup organic chicken stock
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Rub the entire chicken with salt,
pepper and oil. Place it breast side up in a baking pan. Cut
lemon and onions in wedges and place in, around and under the
chicken. Place in oven for 30 minutes. Take out of oven and baste
chicken with juices that have gathered on the bottom of the pan.
Add chicken stock. In thirty minutes, take the chicken out and
baste it again. Now cook it for another 30 minutes for a total of 1
hour and 30 minutes. When the temperature is between 165-180
degrees, it is ready. Preparation time is 1 hour and 45 minutes.
