This decision is based on the best instruction for students being held on regular scheduled make-up days and not on Saturdays, Spring Break or at the end of the school year. By law, we are required to provide a minimum number of instructional hours for students throughout the school year. This sched- ule will allow RSS to remain in compliance with state laws. STAFF Additional information was sent to financial secretaries regarding the waived day(s) in September to clarify how these days will be handled for staff. Dr. Moody thanks the RSS families and community for their support while making critical decisions regarding the safety of our students and staff.
