First Cabarrus County Career Connections
Day a Success
Cabarrus County Schools juniors and seniors participated in the first
annual Cabarrus County Career Connections Day! Hosted by the
Cabarrus County Education Foundation, Cabarrus County Schools,
and Kannapolis City Schools, students were introduced to the large
array of job opportunities available here in Cabarrus County. More
than fifty local businesses came out to the event to discuss long-term
careers, internships, apprenticeships and summer employment with
students. Industries represented included advanced manufacturing,
construction, hospitality, automotive, logistics and many others.
Thank you to all those involved in making this event a success!
