Happy New Year Greetings CCS parents,
students, employees, and friends!
It’s a brand new year full of promise and
possibility. Let’s all resolve to be involved and
engaged as we begin the new year.
Now that winter has officially begun, I want to
remind you about our school system’s inclement
weather policy and procedures. Our primary goal
is the safety of our students and staff, so as we
are making decisions about delaying or cancelling
school, we always err on the side of caution.
We’ve included information about our inclement
weather procedures in this issue. You also can find
this information on our district website.
We also encourage you to stay healthy in an
effort to minimize your chances of flu. Encourage
your children to practice healthy hygiene.

and covering coughs and sneezes are keys to
