Utah Compulsory Attendance Law mandates children will be in school on a regular basis. Excessive tardies and absences will result in a meeting with the principal and parents. Further disciplinary action will be taken if the problem is not resolved in a timely manner. We cannot meet our goals without your child.

Whenever your child is absent, please send a written explanation to the teacher when the student returns to class. This provides useful information to the classroom teacher, allowing a smooth return for the pupil. You are encouraged to call the school office (452-4540) when your child is ill, especially if the absence may extend over several days.

Homework will be made available in the office upon request. This will be available at the end of the day. It is extremely frustrating for children to get behind in their work and return to school unprepared.

Students arriving late to school must check in at the office and obtain a late admit. The late admit will be given to the teacher for admittance to the classroom
