on, they are lifestyle roles, so I just get to express myself, be me while collaborating with so many other talented and creative folk. It's great. It's beautiful. It's fun! Since then, I've had the pleasure and opportunity to be a part of over 25 commercials and infomercials to include, Miami Fashion and Swim Week, New York International Bridal Week, Runway Princess, over 150 events, a few movie sets including BAYWATCH with Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron, some web series and tv shows like HBO's BALLERS."

"Overall, I just love my job and what I do. It's creative and it's inspiring. I get to be me, work with the most creative people, use a lot of my talents and express myself. Everyday is always something different. A new set, new location, new experience, new people and sometimes a lot of the same enjoyable familiar faces. It's always pleasurable on set/venue and when we are at work, it never feels like work and that's the blessing of being able to do what you love. Just like anything in life, it's what you make of it and it's a lot of fun."

P.A.R.C. Mag: What values or spiritual practices do you live by?

Jenny: "Currently, and for the past year and a half, I've been practicing Tibetan Buddhism at The Chakrasamvara Center of Miami Beach. With their wisdom, knowledgeable teachings and compassion, they've given me the tools I needed to go to the next level, take the necessary measures to ground myself, find more balance, dig deep to evolve myself while practicing. Some keep principles are no attachment, no aversion and applying compassion, and wisdom. These ancient Tibetan Buddhist teachings, meditations and mantras were just the spiritual guidance I longed for. The more I heal myself, the more I can help others heal. Whether, it's advice about nutrition, yoga, breathing, positive affirmations or giving someone a reiki treatment, this is my biggest passion; helping others."

"Just like everything else in life, everything is constantly changing. It's inevitable. Flow with it. Stay detached. Drop your labels so that you can become what the universe wants you to be. Embrace death and rebirth. Rise like a Phoenix and find the beauty, the lesson, in the present moment. Looking forward to this next chapter of life. Let's be kind, show more compassion and have more empathy."

P.A.R.C. Mag: Can you share some of your insights on your fitness and health routine?

Jenny: "For me, what works, is eating for my blood type, reading the ingredients on the labels of items and researching them whether they are put into my body or on my body, to lessen toxicity and going by the 80/20 rule. 80% what you eat and 20% working out. My favorite types of exercise are yoga, Pilates, interval workouts on the treadmill (increasing its incline while walking briskly)."

P.A.R.C. Mag: What charities/causes are you passionate about and would like to bring awareness to?

Jenny: "There are many amazing charities out there, but I prefer helping the people on the streets of Miami. Homelessness is not cool. I've been there. When folks ask me for money, I'll ask, "Are you hungry?" When they reply "yes" or usually with a "yes ma'am" I'll say "let's go get something to eat" and I will walk and talk with them to get to know them better, human to human, hear their story. Wow, these were amazing stories. I had the opportunity to have a deep connection, learn from another, give them words of encouragement, compassion, and empathy. Other times, I'll be walking and something within me just tells me to ask a certain man or woman, as I'm approaching them, I would ask if they would like something to drink. It's Miami, it gets hot and naturally you will get thirsty. Everyone deserves compassion and to be spoken to like a normal human being, preferably, with a warm smile. These random acts of kindness, good merits/deeds, create a beautiful ripple effect. Practice giving. You'll receive the abundance back in so many ways."
