5. On SPIRIT’s website you explain your plans for capturing real time events that happen with not just one paranormal event such as an EVP but many at once so that we can better understand all the changes that happen when a paranormal event happens. Can you explain how you plan to do this? We have been doing it for years, using sensors and data loggers. This takes a sensor and records the data in software in a synchronized time base. This data can then be correlated with not only other data, but personal experiences as well. This allows us to get a big picture of what is going on in the environment and soon we will be able to add personal data from individuals present as to what the human condition is contributing. I am working with Bill Murphy on this application of something he is getting ready to market soon for lucid dreaming research. I am watching his project closely

An applied force is a force that is applied to an object by a person or another object. If a person is pushing a desk across the room, then there is applied force acting upon the object. The applied force is the force exerted on the desk by the person. In a paranormal situation this can be related as a touch, a push or other physical interference.

The force of gravity is the force with which the earth, moon, or other massively large object attracts another object towards itself. By definition, this is the weight of the object. All objects upon earth experience a force of gravity that is directed "downward" towards the center of the earth. The force of gravity on earth is always equal to the weight of the object as found by equation:

Fgrav = m * g

where g = 9.8 N/kg (on Earth)

and m = mass (in kg) Oh, and do not confuse weight with mass. Two different animals. Gravity comes into play because at a paranormal event location, gravity fluctuates if a wormhole forms The whole theory was to explain inconsistencies in relativity. The neat thing is gravity fluctuates along three Axes.

The normal force is the support force exerted upon an object that is in contact with another stable object. For example, if a book is resting upon a surface, then the surface is exerting an upward force upon the book in order to support the weight of the book. On occasions, a normal force is exerted horizontally between two objects that are in contact with each other. For instance, if a person leans against a wall, the wall pushes horizontally on the person. Normal force can occur when one encounters a wall, or an invisible barrier. These things are reported experiences and the result of force.

The friction force is the force exerted by a surface as an object moves across it or makes an effort to move across it. There are at least two types of friction force - sliding and static friction. Thought it is not always the case, the friction force often opposes the motion of an object. For example, if a book slides across the surface of a desk, then the desk exerts a friction force in the opposite direction of its motion. Friction results from the two surfaces being pressed together closely, causing intermolecular attractive forces between molecules of different surfaces. As such, friction depends upon the nature of the two surfaces and upon the degree to which they are pressed together. The maximum amount of friction force that a surface can exert upon an object can be calculated using the formula below:

Ffrict = µ • Fnorm

Friction occurs during a telekenetic event. It also occurs when elevated levels of static energy build up on a person while they move. In a paranormal event, fricting increases due to elevated levels of static energy and sometimes reduced humidity associated with wormhole formation and cold plasma formation.

The air resistance is a special type of frictional force that acts upon objects as they travel through the air. The force of air resistance is often observed to oppose the motion of an object. This force will frequently be neglected due to its negligible magnitude (and due to the fact that it is mathematically difficult to predict its value). It is most noticeable for objects that travel at high speeds (e.g., a skydiver or a downhill skier) or for objects with large surface areas. Air resistance can occur at wormhole throats for brief moments during formation due to the equalization of the atmosphere of our reality with that of the throat.

4. How would you describe what a “ghost” is?

A term like this, based in folkloric origins, has no sufficient definition as it is applied to a wide variety of conditions and effects. I use the term loosely and in jest for the most part. What we do have is accumulating evidence indicative of a disembodied consciousness. I prefer that term when dealing with what appears to be an intelligent interaction. About 90% of the phenomenon measured today by "Ghost Hunters" have nothing to do with that disembodied consciousness, but are the effects of the conduit formation that allows that information to emerge. EVP is about the only thing that is being captured by most Ghost Hunters, as their EMF measurements are meaningless because they use meters. All a meter tells you is you have EMF. Big deal, we know this. We are bombarded with it daily from millions of man made sources and some natural ones. We need to discern the nature of the EMF in order to give it any value. We do that with our research by actually looking at the EMF waveform and analyzing it.
