MIXING COLORS PanPastel Colors can be mixed in various ways : On the paper / working surface OR on the pan surface . Also by double-loading the Sofft Tools . However it may be easier for these worksheets to apply the first color , then mix directly on the paper by applying successive layers of the other colors .
