File case notes, access/communication records and case point presentation. Get yourself a good clip board. Page dividers. Point stickers and some good highlighters. For communication records write date/time/name of caller and all important points of call. For access notes do the same as for communication notes. Insure to write concerns or issues in BOLD and highlight.

When going over files, photo copy concerning papers and highlight the key points (lies etc) and always staple your proof to that page. If you have a lot of proof an allegation was false then be sure to have a section in your folder marked PERJURY/FALSE ALLEGATION PROOF in here you can also include test results such as drug testing etc. Have another section in your file for letters/emails and documents and be sure to put these in according to date.

Each section have an index so evidence etc for each thing can be easily found. Begin today rather than leave it till its needed because it will make things easier for you later.
