by developing multispecialty care for the diverse health care needs
of patients of all ages. Eisenhower’s services in Palm Springs include
a breast center, lab, imaging, physical therapy, primary care, and urgent care as well as specialists in gastroenterology and neurology.
Primary Care 365 is based on the medical home model of care which has
achieved national recognition for its attention to the whole person and
integration of all aspects of health care to improve physical health and
manage chronic conditions that often might be costly for patients. With a
modest annual fee, patients have the opportunity to communicate directly
with their physician through a secure online portal 365 days a year. Office
visits and services provided in the office are billed to insurance just as in a
traditional medical practice.
