Nello staff tecnico della U.S.C.
spicca il nome di Tim Nollan, celebrità
del volley made in USA, “ma tutti i
miei allenatori mi hanno permesso di
incrementare il mio livello tecnico. .
Abbiamo lavorato tantissimo a livello
analitico: ho passato ore a fare esercizi che
migliorassero soltanto la posizione dei miei
piedi nell’esecuzione del palleggio, ore di
ripetizione senza palla, per essere pronta
ad entrare in campo. Le attrezzature di cui
le palestre sono dotate aiutano molto in
questo senso: ci sono schermi sui quali si
ha la possibilità di rivedersi in tempo reale!
Dal punto di vista tattico invece è stato il
campo a darmi tanta esperienza e un po’
