Easy Crab Soup Estimated Prep Time: 20 minutes Estimated Cooking Time: 20 minutes Servings: 6 2 TBSP extra-virgin olive oil 3 scallions, thinly sliced 10 cherry tomatoes, halved 1 cup vegetable broth 2 TBSP lime juice, freshly squeezed 2 large carrots, julienne 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro 1/2 lb lump crab meat 1/4 tsp garlic salt 1 tsp crushed red pepper 1/4 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper 2 tsp slivered almonds 1/4 tsp fresh lemon zest Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and add tomatoes; cook for 2 minutes.
