What is a Paleo Lifestyle Studio?
Well, think about what your Paleo lifestyle encompasses,
everything you’ve learned on your own personal journey toward
living Paleo, and everything you could have used a bit of
guidance with.
I sure wish I’d had a little help along the way! When I first learned
(back in 2005) about following the diet our ancestors ate, the
resources were few and far between. I learned as I went, forging
along with determination because every new thing I tried, once I
began cutting out all the gluten, then grains, soy, beans, dairy and
certainly white sugar, elicited more and more positive feedback.
In other words, the more Paleo I became, the more every system
in my body seemed to respond favorably. A complete end to a
lifetime of GI distress, better sleep and recovery from training, better
performance at racing and a bit of fat loss to boot!
All this served to be the foundation for what my career has
become, and my goal continues to be the same: I want to reach
people, educate them on what a true Paleo approach really consists
of, and ultimately help guide them toward the tools they can use to
create their own unique path toward optimal health.
In some cases, it’s a really long road and my involvement may
be small, just one part of a big-picture, team approach involving
doctors, acupuncturists, naturopaths, massage therapists… you
