Nitro Paintball is a family owned and operated business. Mario Maresco and his son Niko
run the field while his wife and daughter run
the check-in, booking and administration side
of the business. All of their referees started
at Nitro Paintball and are like an extended
family to the Marescos. And the end result is
that the customer is treated with extra care
and handling - and that makes a huge difference in the experience.
Nitro Paintball has eight different playing
fields: Large Spool Ball, Hyperball, Castle,
Fort, Hamburger Hill, Western Town and regulation size PSP Field. The PSP pits are complete with air and chronographs. As you can
see from the photos there’s a large variety of
playing fields and terrain and an even larger variety of man-made and natural bunkers
and fortifications.
A typical day’s play at Nitro Paintball would
include separating the newer players from
the experienced players in the morning and
then combining the two groups to play big
games that cover the entire playing field later in the day. This gives the new players a
chance to gain some playing experience before they are mixed in with the more experienced group.
During the course of the year Nitro Paintball
hosts several tournaments, scenario games
and other special events. Check their website
for more details. And if you’re in the area be
sure to give Nitro Paintball a shot. You’ll be
glad you did.
