When the Luxe was first introduced, it turned heads, emptied wallets and maxed credit cards thanks to its sleek,
swooping design, long list of
standard features and the fact
that it actually spoke to its
user. Yes, the Luxe actually
talks and the Luxe OLED still
does. Immediately picked up
by teams like Dynasty and the
Philadelphia Americans, the
Luxe experienced early success and weathered the storm
of the economic down-turn in
the paintball world while other
companies merged, stumbled
and fell. A spool valve marker
complete with all the bells and whistles, the Luxe was intended to be a one-swipe ticket
to the world of high-end, ultra-luxury tournament paintball guns and this it became, with
resale values that stood the test of time and a MAP price that has held the line, season
after season, year after year. The Luxe OLED has only added to that marker’s already
impressive list of standard features and brings this tried-and-true design even with newer, more recently released markers that, until now, might have had a technological edge
over it.
Currently used at the professional level by teams including Houston Heat, Art Chaos
Moscow and Seattle Thunder, the Luxe OLED saw action most recently at the PSP Dallas
Open, where Art Chaos made their PSP debut in the Challengers division, where they
dropped the hammer on everyone they faced, earning a spot in the Champions division
