Officially the season is in full swing here in Europe . We have been in hibernation for a couple months . And as Mark Twain said “ The rumour of my death has been greatly exaggerated .” So to the surprise of some this issue is packed with events , interviews , reviews , first looks and so much more . The hard hitting photos from these events as well as the photos dropping has every paintball player asking for MORE ! You asked for it ! Each month we will continue to bring some of the best paintball action that all of Europe has to offer .
The Millennium Series has kicked off with its first event of the season in the same location as last year but now has been more appropriately named , as Puget-Sur-Argens is nowhere near St Tropez .
This season has brought a new wave of American teams and players across the waters to test their skills in the Millennium arena . Houston Heat , Edmonton Impact ( technically they are Canadian ), Infamous plus many players such as Marcello Margot , X-Factor ’ s own Demetrius Christos Ninios and due to the NPPL clash of dates for this first event , Bitburg will see another wave of American players . Kyle Spicka will be playing with Art Chaos ; Ollie Lang with Dogs D ’ Amour and many others will make their appearance Bitburg .
European paintball is changing , w leagues moving to different format such as the RXL in Russia , which now a feeder series for the PSP . T rules of the media in the Millennium have also changed . Some think fo the better . The CPL , SPL and som what of the D1 fields have now be regulated for filming . The CPL fiel off limits for the normal filming crew except for special exceptions . SP is a little bit less strict but still limite to certain media partners D1 is als falling under these special conditio What happens if you film on fields are not accredited to ?
