OKLAHOMA D-DAY, SPECIAL EDITION 2013 This year I played again with the 101st Airborne. We worked together with the commonwealth in pushing forward. Fortunately we had one crazy man that decided he wanted to try and make it to the rocket for a third year out of five. Once we had contact with our “mechanic” we were able to make our push. Snipers had to sneak through brush on our left and right flanks to pick off players one by one so that there was a chance to make the bum rush to the rocket. We had a group of 501st guys pushing on our far right flank clearing out the woods directly in front of the rocket. Once the time was right we were able to send forward Punisher (one of our fearless leaders in the 101st to secure the rocket before our mechanic was able to proceed. Once secured, our lines held off the enemy and our mechanic made the run to the rocket. After a few grueling minutes the Rocket booster came to a full roar (well maybe it was a bull horn sounding, but you get my point) announcing that the allied side had the victory! This was achieved by a strong push straight up the middle courtesy of all the allies working together. 60 paintbal
