The former Nike missile base is a pretty intriguing place to play at with top-notch refs and operators. These people offer friendly assistance, sporadic chrono checks, and most importantly, keen eyes for elimination breaks on players. From the beginning of the live rounds firing over our players as a salute to our service men and women, to the final round fired at end of the game , it is all fun and passion. The war was evenly balanced. Both sides were pushing each other’s defensive lines like an Audio wave back and forth. Day one had players rushing left and right trying to push lines and avoid tanks. One tank demolished a number of runners until someone nerfed the tank. It stopped moving and then someone nerfed the lady gunner. While I was running across the road to make a push for my team, I saw splashes off masks, rounds flying in two directions, and medics running chaotically. The 058 paintball magazine war was going down! You must lead by example for your comrades to be able to lose their hesitation and back you up. There is no room for second-guessing in paintball. You make a move with all your training, focus, and react on instinct. It makes the difference between your dead box or theirs. More importantly, it keeps your allies alive, even if you sacrifice yourself for them to realize where the enemy fire is coming from. Night games commenced, and night vision was in action. Afterwards, camping fun began. Camping is a chance for all of the allies and enemies to unite with laughter and stories. Day two begins at 9am, sides are switched, and the war continues. People sneaking around barracks like its nobodies business. Players behind the tree lines, blazing out rounds with rapid-fire echoes. The heat and firepower did not stop for anyone. The battlefield had an array of marksmen equipped with; electro markers, rentals, pump guns, magfed rifles, pistols, and even barrels.
