WHAT STARTED with Line SI and the legendary Bushmaster pump in the early days
of paintball, and continued for decades with a line of mechanical semiauto and electronic
markers under the Indian Creek Design name now has a new chapter. Celebrating thirty
years of paintball is an achievement few companies in a game that was created as
recently as the early eighties can claim, but while ICD spent a few years off the radar, the
Nampa, Idaho-based firm recently announced their return to the game with a throwback
to their roots, a new pump paintball gun called the PRP. A simple, Nelson-based pump
with features that bring the platform into paintball’s modern era, Indian Creek’s return
to the game was greeted with great excitement by those happy to see a name rich in
paintball history and heritage formally lace their cleats back up.
I, too, was excited to see ICD return to paintball, as over my two decades in the game I’ve
