The four teams left standing after the quarterfinals were
Edmonton Impact, GI Houston Heat, Toulouse TonTons
and Breakout Spa. Both semifinal games were hardfought, close matches with Edmonton Impact defeating
TonTons 4-3 and Breakout Spa, coached by Todd Martinez
upsetting Houston Heat by the same 4-3 score.

finals were the end of the line for them. Edmonton Impact,
who hadn’t lost a match yet in 2016, continued their roll,
winning the game and event 4-1 over Breakout Spa. So far
this season it’s two events in, and two first place victories
for Impact.

as Moscow Red Legion beat their countrymen, Moscow
