Houston Heat – the international heavy-hitters
Houston Heat, home to some of the hand-picked best paintball players in the game from both
sides of the ocean, made big changes in the off-season when they parted ways with longtime
major sponsor G.I. Sportz to go all in with Virtue. The team will continue to shoot their Luxe
markers and will, of course, carry on with Spire loaders, but made the switch to Virtue goggles for
the new season and continue to wear Anthrax jerseys.
In Las Vegas many of the team’s players were wearing Exalt pants. This talent-heavy roster
featuring the likes of Ryan Moorhead, Konstantin Federov, Chad George, Chad Bouchez and
Ronnie Dizon may not have climbed as far as they’d like in Las Vegas, you can bet that we’ll see
these guys shoot their Luxes to a podium finish or better before too long.
