WHAT A FINISH!
With three Millennium Series events in the books the league’s finale was set up perfectly for the home team
Toulouse TonTons to not only have a shot to win the MS World Cup, but the series title as well. In fact a top
four finish would give the TonTons all the seed points they needed to win the title. But as luck would have it
they faced Edmonton Impact early on this Sunday and Impact took it to them. The loss sent the TonTons to
the bottom eight and opened the door for GI Houston Heat to win the title, which they did. And they played
and beat ML Kings from Prague in the finals to win the MS World Cup in Chantilly, France.
