Camille Baker Lemanski: If you’ve
ever played an NPPL, PSP or NXL event
you’ve probably seen or met Camille
Baker Lemanski. Her current title is the
International Event Director for the
National Xball League but she’s even
more than that. Camille has been the
go to person for teams and the industry
in her role for the National Professional
Paintball League (NPPL), Paintball Sports
Promotions (PSP) and now the NXL. If
something needs to be done on-site at a
national level paintball event, it’s Camille
that makes it happen. She also handles
much of the behind the scenes things
that usually go unnoticed—things like
helping NXL President Tom Cole find and
visit potential venues for the NXL events;
organizing team and vendor event
registrations; as well as marketing and
social media management for the league.
Diane “Mother” Howe: There’s little
doubt that Wanye Dollack is the founder
and originator of themed scenario role-
playing paintball games. Based in Ocala,
Florida Wayne was running scenario
games in the mid to late 1980s. Much of
the scenario world of paintball from the
mid-80s and until the late 90s was birthed
in those early games. Kerry “Viper”
Rosenberry (Viper Scenario Games) was/
is a prominent national-level scenario
producer who got his start playing in
Dollack’s games. Diane “Mother” Howe
also got her start in those early Ocala
games. Diane, who spent two decades
in the game, went on to play for one of
the early nationally recognized scenario
teams, “Team Blitzkrieg” to becoming a
paintball scenario game director herself.
Along with her husband Patrick McKinnon,
Diane launched Mackz Xtreme Sportz in
1996. It would become one of the big
three scenario game producers of its day
(Wayne Dollack Games, Viper Scenario
Games and Mackz Xtremes Sportz).
