Brandon Rabackoff of AC: Dallas, would face off against one-another in the finals for a gold medal. In the semi-pro division, Colorado Blitz would battle against Indianapolis Mutiny for the top slot on the podium. After the national anthem, with the sun finally shining on Atlantic City after a long, cloudy, weekend of paintball in a meat grinder, Edmonton Impact squared off against AC: Dallas to determine who would drink their beer out of a big gold trophy as the sun set. Though AC fought a strong battle and did all they could, the mix of Justin Rabackoff’s over-the-top turret play in the back center with Alex Goldman or Keith Brown punching up the snake side was just too much and Impact climbed back to the top of the podium in Atlantic City, with AC: Dallas in a hard-fought, well-earned second place that, while they accepted the silver medal, not a one of them was satisfied with. These guys are hungry. Indianapolis Mutiny blanked Colorado Blitz for the semi-pro title and Carolina Crisis won the D2 XBall division. Photo By Dave Stufflebeam www.paintball.media 037
