IIt was a well fought battle on both sides,
and I have immense respect for Grundle
and the rest of the 101st. We even discussed
the battle like old friends over Facebook
last night, even though we have never met
before. This was easily some of, if not the,
most in tense fighting of the weekend. It was
certainly the toughest battle I’ve ever fought
in my 6 years of ION.

My boys gave it their all, and I am truly proud
of their efforts at that bridge. I will take a loss
to a formidable opponent than a half-assed
victory any day of the week. Our General
shares this philosophy. At the end of the
day, win or lose, if you can’t say you and your
adversary left everything on the field, was it
really worth it?
